Workshop on Biosafety and Publishing Scientific Research at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Benha University
Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Nasser El-Gizawi, President of Benha University, Prof. Dr. Gehan Abdel Hadi, Vice President for Postgraduate Studies and Research, Prof. Dr. Amany Abbas, Dean of the Faculty, and Prof. Dr. Abdel Fattah Selim, Vice Dean for Postgraduate Studies and Research, the Postgraduate Studies Sector at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Benha University, organized a specialized workshop for postgraduate students on Saturday, February 1st.
The workshop covered concepts of biosafety within laboratories and highlighted the essential procedures and measures to be followed to maintain a safe working environment for researchers. It also included important discussions on how to publish scientific research in the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine's journal according to accredited academic standards.
This workshop is part of the faculty’s ongoing efforts to support postgraduate students, enhance their research capabilities, and prepare them for distinguished scientific publishing, contributing to the elevation of the University's ranking both locally and internationally.
